Activepresenter 8 does not open after installation

Problem:
I just installed Activepresenter 8 and when I open it it does not work but shows some errors as described in the images below:

Sorry for the poor image quality but since I am not allowed to upload more than one image I had to somehow created a merged version of all four errors that happen one after another.

Tried to reinstall but still the same issue happens.

Any idea what can I do to fix this issue ?

ActivePresenter Version: 8.

OS: Windows 10.

Hi,

Actually I found the issue, and it is not related to Activepresenter itself, had to install mediapack from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack because I had a windows N edition installed which lacks some libraries need for the editor to work :slight_smile:
