Active Presenter video is lagging

Problem:
I tried to export a 2 minutes video on full screen, 1920X1080 resolution with .mp4, ,avi and webm formats, but the video is lagging, can you help me?

ActivePresenter Version: ActivePresenter Free Edition
Version 8.0.5 (Released: 2020.04.10)

OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Hi Svetoslav,

If you record the video with ActivePresenter, so the lagging problem may come from that phase. Please use the H.264 codec and the Use Direct3D for recording screen option for best frame rate. If not, please share the project so we can check.

Update: Tried even with 1280X720 .mp4, still the same

I applied the settings you told me, tried to export it both on 60 and 30 fps, but it’s still the same…

Can you please share the project file and its external data folder named in the PROJECT_FILE_files pattern if any so we can check? If these files are large, you can upload to a cloud storage site like Google Drive then send the link to us at support@atomisystems.com
