Hello.
I have downloaded Active presenter v6 on my mac with OS X 10.11.6 since 2 weeks and it was working great.
I wanted to work with it today but it is not opening. I click on it in “Applications”, the icon appears for few seconds in the Dock then disappears without opening.
I restarted the Mac, nothing happened. I removed and reinstalled the application, still the same problem.
What should I do?

Hi Sandra,
Can you please try deleting the folder /Users/<your_user_name>/Library/Application Support/ActivePresenter to see if it works?
You should also consider upgrading your OS to use the latest version of ActivePresenter.
