Active Presenter 8 crashes at every actions!

Problem:
Hi,
Active Presenter crashes at every turn… I try to add an mp3 files to my project, it crashes. I try to open a project, it crashes.
It worked perfectly fine last month, and now it does not. I intend to pass to version9 but I can’t right now. And I won’t if I can’t use the version I have now. I didn’t do anything special…

If you see a crash report dialog appear, please fill in your email address and send the report.
If not, could you please send the log of ActivePresenter so we can check? To view the log:

  • In the Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon)
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log.

You can attach the ActivePresenter log file here or send it to support@atomisystems.com.
