I accidentally recorded something as a software simulation, so there are lots of places where the video is just an image with audio recording my clicks but that’s not what I want. Part of the video is ok so I’m hoping there’s a way to fix it?

You should have clicked Record Video instead of Record Software Simulation to record your screen as a video. Please refer to this thread for more information: Software Simulation Audio/Video settings
Re-recording is the best solution by now, I think.
